Christopher was fine but I turned my Pathfinder in at my appointment time of 8:15. Scheduled for oil change and tire rotation. I could see my vehicle and nothing was done before about 11:20. I got my vehicle back a little before 12. Seems excessive for a pretty straight forward service.

I human experience has been taken away. No one came to explain what’s going on with your car. When they do come out they ask did you get a message from me?? Never explaining the new practices of the service department. I had an appointment @ 8:30am and didn’t leave till 1:30pm. Now I’m waiting for a part to come in to have my car repaired. Transmission still going in lamp mode, limp mode what’s the supposed to be reprogrammed to the car spray first when you start to takeoff it goes in a limo and try to take off in high gear.was told it was fixed after reprogrammed.Had bring it right back to shop . Left it with service advisor. Charges me 352.00 and still doing same thing.
