I was satisfied with my visit on Thursday, October 3, 2025. My oil change was completed upon requested. On the other hand, my left brake and signal light was not working properly. Samantha stood behind my vehicle to verify, she was going to ask the technician to check it out. If it was going to take longer than the oil change I was going to schedule an appointment. Well once my oil change was done another young lady came to me to say my car is ready. I was all excited to hear about the lights repair. Both the young lady and the technician was clueless about lights repair. Now at this hour Samantha is at lunch and no one knows to check this out. At this time I was frustrated to say forget; I have to return on another day. I know she is a new hired, but too many slip ups like this is unacceptable.
Thank you and I will return on another day, but I will try another service technician.

I was overcharged for a battery and computer check was $900 had to pay for a rental. They charge me an hour and a half service time for the computer doesn’t take an hour and a half to the computer. I would never come back to **** Smith I’ll take my car elsewhere if I need service again

I was 85percent satisfied with the worked that was done, but not how long it took for completion because they received a defective part, and saying that my battery was not any good anymore however, I had no problem with starting it and they told me that it would have to be charged in order to take it out of the service department and I haven’t had a problem since I received my car back
