Rodrigo’s service was excellent but I’m disappointed with the technician who changed things on the display and my lights settings. I was left in a vulnerable situation driving in the dark with no lights because I keep them on automatic. This was very dangerous and another driver cared enough to get behind me and signal me with his lights flashing. This happened while I was driving on the freeway. Also I had to readjust the display to show my speed digitally because it had been changed from my settings. I had to call Tony Monzo my sales representative. He provided the necessary help. I have never had to check on any work after a service maintenance and I have been a customer of Glendora Toyota for almost 10 years having purchased 2 vehicles from your dealership and having service provided by Glendora Toyota.

First, I must say everyone we came in contact with was pleasant and efficient. We were happy with the service on our car, except for one thing. Whoever did the tire rotation on our car we feel was careless or in too much of a rush as our black rims were scratched. We only noticed this after we washed the car and drying the rims, not at pickup. We brought the car back to your dealership and one of the service writers took pictures and apologized and said he would bring it to the person who did the rotation to be more careful. He said we would receive credit in the future for this. However,I would have expected a phone call or message from the service manager letting us know he was aware and is addressing the employee. I could technically request fixing/replacing the rims and see what comes of that request. Again, I must reiterate that everything and everyone else was above and beyond.
