Price for programming key fob was $95 after paying for fob. But it would have taken 4 hours to complete! I rescheduled to today at 7:30 only to be told it would be$199.99 to reprogram and that the person who could do the task would not be in until 8 and the job would take until 10 am and then another $45 to laser cut the metal key Fortunately the latter fee was waived and I got the car back at 9:15. Still upset about the quotes I was given being so disparate and totally not understanding how programming the fib could take based on first estimate 3 1/2 hours ! Had I been truthfully informed of these things I would have arranged to come home and come back when my car was ready. Happy I have another key fob but not satisfied with customer service.

In 22 years of taking my truck for oil change this has been the worst service I have ever gotten. Last month I went as a walkin and was turned down and they told me by appointment only I made an appointment for today only to be waiting 4hrs for an oil change. At about 3.5 hrs I asked what was happening and they still had my truck out and waiting. 30 min later they finished. They forgot about my truck. Also no car wash. There's always complimentary car wash. I also never got the results of the multi point inspection. What as the point of making an appointment to wait 4 hours? I drive 45 miles one way for this type of service?
