MIGUEL AND RODRIGO WERE VERY RUDE TO ME FROK THE SECOUND I DROPPED OFF MY CAR SUGGESTING THAT IT WAD MY FAULT OR RODEMT DAMAGE THAT MADE MY CHECK ENGINE TO MY BRAND NEW 2025 TRUCK. REFUSED TO GIVE ME A RENTAL FOR 3 DAYS THAN FINALLY APPROVED IT WITH NO WORD ON WHAT WAS GOING ON WITH MY TRUCK AND THEY STATES THEY COULD NOT FIGURE OUT WHAT WAS WRONG WITH IT AND HAVE TO CONTACT TOYOTA. TOYOTA CONTACTING TOYOTA MAKE THAT MAKE SENCE THEN FINALLY CALL ME 1 WEEK LATER TO TELL ME THE PART WOULD PROBABLY BE IN 2 DAYS LATER, 2 DAYS LATER I RECEIVED A CALL THAT MY CAT WAS READY AND WAS DEMANDED I RETURN THE RENTAL INSTANDTLY. GOT THERE TO PICK UP MY TRUCK AND HALF MY TANK GONE 100 MILES ON MY BRAND NEW TRUCK ADDED AND THEY STILL THOUGHT REFUNDING ME MY GAS WAS A BIG ASK CAUSE THEY NEED TO TEST IT FOR 100 MILES ? THATS MORE THAN I DRIVE IN A WEEK WORKING 7 DAYS AND GOING TO SCHOOL AND ON SOME DAYS BOTH. I WISH I WOULD HAVE NEVWR BOUGHT A TRUCK FROM THIS TOYOTA. TRULLY 80000 DOLLAR REGRET.

The technician checked my cabin filter and broke my glove compartment and didnt let me know so I had to go back later in the day to have it fixed. I think you should do a better job of hiring your technician’s as the last time I went in for an oil change, the person did not tighten the plug and all of the oil leaked out of my car. Very disappointed
