I have taken my Tacoma numerous times to your dealership over the past 5 to 6 years. I always get the same response they can't duplicate the problem. Although Toyota put out a technical service bulletin number t-sb-0077-16 which indicate there is a issue with shifting with automatic transmission. Again I left without anything being corrected. I went through a similar similar issue with my Honda before and was never corrected until there was a class action lawsuit. They ended up paying for my transmission. I don't think this is at all fair that The dealership is not standing behind Toyota products.

For the most part I was satisfied, however, as I was driving home I noticed the inside door handle on the drivers side door was heavily marked from someone’s black greasy hand. I have some photo images if you’d like to see them. I did eventually manage to clean the door handle when I got home but it would have been nice if the technician had inspected the inside of the car to ensure any possible grease marks had been cleaned. Also, the drivers seat had been moved forward, which was no problem if the technician was smaller, but it would have been nice if the seat had been moved back so that I could get in the car and then readjust it once I was inside.

The process was not fully explained. I ended up waiting over 4 hours in the building and my car was not even seen. I asked for multiple updates and received none. The service was sub par if that. The only redeeming thing at your establishment was the cashier that assisted me through my confusion. I appreciate not being charged. However I am not going to be using or recommending you to anyone. Leaving people in the dark and ignoring their hard deadlines should not be a business practice. The usage of Lyft was not good. The address led them astray from the address I gave. I had two Lyft drivers cancel on me and had a friend take me. Then again this could be an error on the apps end but it aided to my already miserable day. Thank you for hearing out my take.
