The technician checked my cabin filter and broke my glove compartment and didnt let me know so I had to go back later in the day to have it fixed. I think you should do a better job of hiring your technician’s as the last time I went in for an oil change, the person did not tighten the plug and all of the oil leaked out of my car. Very disappointed
