I was not happy with the cashier that was working at 12:35. I came in and told her “i know my car is not ready but it is not supposed to be ready until 3 and I have to be at work at three. I need to pay for my service so that my daughter can pick up my car before you guys close since I will be at work”. She did not listen to me apparently she tried to contact Jonathan but I think he was in lunch. After waiting and her calling for him twice someone finally called her back. She asked them for the paperwork and they told her it was not done. Then she told me that if it is not fine I cannot pay for it. She could have said that when I told her what I wanted. Also why couldn’t I pay? It’s not like you were going to make my service cheaper and you could not charge me more without approval. Especially when you send me a text with a link to pay. It’s not like I am looking over the work before I pay for it to make sure you did a good job as you don’t call for my car until after I pay. She wasted my time with her lack of listening. Poor customer service on her part and overall with not allowing my to pay. Luckily the car was done early so I was only a few minutes late for work due to having to pay and pick it up.

REFUSED TO GIVE ME A RENTAL FOR 3 DAYS THAN FINALLY APPROVED IT WITH NO WORD ON WHAT WAS GOING ON WITH MY TRUCK AND THEY STATES THEY COULD NOT FIGURE OUT WHAT WAS WRONG WITH IT AND HAVE TO CONTACT TOYOTA. TOYOTA CONTACTING TOYOTA MAKE THAT MAKE SENCE THEN FINALLY CALL ME 1 WEEK LATER TO TELL ME THE PART WOULD PROBABLY BE IN 2 DAYS LATER, 2 DAYS LATER I RECEIVED A CALL THAT MY CAT WAS READY AND WAS DEMANDED I RETURN THE RENTAL INSTANDTLY. GOT THERE TO PICK UP MY TRUCK AND HALF MY TANK GONE 100 MILES ON MY BRAND NEW TRUCK ADDED AND THEY STILL THOUGHT REFUNDING ME MY GAS WAS A BIG ASK CAUSE THEY NEED TO TEST IT FOR 100 MILES ? THATS MORE THAN I DRIVE IN A WEEK WORKING 7 DAYS AND GOING TO SCHOOL AND ON SOME DAYS BOTH. I WISH I WOULD HAVE NEVWR BOUGHT A TRUCK FROM THIS TOYOTA. TRULLY 80000 DOLLAR REGRET.
