First, I must say everyone we came in contact with was pleasant and efficient. We were happy with the service on our car, except for one thing. Whoever did the tire rotation on our car we feel was careless or in too much of a rush as our black rims were scratched. We only noticed this after we washed the car and drying the rims, not at pickup. We brought the car back to your dealership and one of the service writers took pictures and apologized and said he would bring it to the person who did the rotation to be more careful. He said we would receive credit in the future for this. However,I would have expected a phone call or message from the service manager letting us know he was aware and is addressing the employee. I could technically request fixing/replacing the rims and see what comes of that request. Again, I must reiterate that everything and everyone else was above and beyond.

They didn’t follow through in the time frame indicated that the diagnostic testing would be completed! Next day get called that they needed more time to diagnose at an additional cost of 400.00 extra??? We will be getting a 2nd opinion before moving forward! Must save on the cost in this issue, cause I still have to pay for the tags and the smog in addition to this! My Tow truck driver was turned away from picking up my car to get towed back to my home due to hadn’t yet paid the 199.00 required all due to the link coming from an unknown number, I didn’t receive a call prior to them turning them away so I could pay it on the spot, so I wouldn’t have had to reschedule another tow! I usually don’t answer to any unknown numbers! I believe the customer service could stand to be raised up to a higher level!

I asked for service on my Tacoma transmission and was expecting as is done by independent trans shops, pan be dropped, filter replaced and then put back together with new, clean gasket n fluid. What I received was a drain and fill only.
The way I found out about this was because afterwards I had leak from my transmission. I expected no leaks with the pan being dropped and new gasket and fluid. I Had to bring it back for’full’ service to fix leak, for more $$. I was advised initially by service writer of leak but presumed it would be fixed 1st time with requested trans service. It took me two visits to get what expected :(.
It should have been explained first time there were two levels of trans service from you: basic drain and fill only or full service to drain, replace filter, new gasket and fill.
