I came in for a recall on my 2005 Toyota Tundra airbag. I added the service of wheel alignment while my vehichle was under your care. I gave my contact number so that you may contact me when my truck was ready. My 1st issue, when I was contacted and told my car was ready, I was told they added the service of tire rotation and balance. No one contacted me to tell me that I need this service, it was done without my consent. Typically I have always been given a call before any service was added. My Second issue, when I came to pick my truck they said my wheel cap was loose and they left it inside my truck. Well when I looked at the wheel cap, the prongs were broken. When I brought my truck in, the cap was not loose nor were the prongs broken. I think whomever was putting the caps back broke the prongs. This is very poor service because Toyota of Glendora took no responsibility. I would hope someone would make this right and replace the caps.

All of the Service Reps were fantastic. Not a single problem with their helpfulness at all. My NO is because I am concerned that the new Hybrid battery is STILL not fully charging. It is much better than the one that was replaced, but I was expecting to see it finally charge all of the way to the top instead of 2 notches down. I have already driven the car over 170 miles on both surface streets and the highway. Is there some kind of shake-down period or should I be concerned? I will be back in next Friday if I do not see an improvement. Any feedback from you on this matter would be most appreciated. $4000 is a lot to spend to not have a NEW hybrid battery working at full capacity.
