I'll admit I often look elsewhere for servicing on my car. Mainly to save a buck but after my recent visit to Toyota of Glendora, I can assure you I will be back.
Genaro provides supurb customer service. Kudos to Genaro for a job well done.
Additionally, I'd like to point out that the woman at the register is usually very irritable and not focused on the customer's experience but yesterday she was attentive and sweet. :)

Joey was very honest- in the past, I was told I needed an oil change every 5,99 miles. Joey was the first service rep to tell me I only needed oil changes on the Prius every 10,000 miles w/ synthetic oil. That means I had 9 or so oil changes (and costs) that were not needed! My previous Prius also had oil changes every 5,000 miles too!
