David was very responsive to what was my immediate need following my run in with a 5 foot piece of truck tire tread. He had my Prius inspected for what I thought was a fluid leak caused by hitting the tread. There was no leak. Not only did David not charge me, he suggested what to consider when having the bumper and under-carriage repaired as well as one possible place to have the work done. I could not be more appreciative, and will continue to bring my car to David for future service needs.

Joseph understated the service time for repairs. If the inspection is performed prior to the actual work being done, why wasn't a better estimate given. 1 1/2 hrs turned into about 2 hrs 45 min. Joseph was polite and courteous overall.

I was not impressed with the inconsistency of the service. I came in for an oil change, which my car didn't quite need yet, so they just did a tire rotation on my Toyota Sienna. Then the person helping me told me there was a recall on the automatic sliding doors and that they "may have the wiring" to fix that too. I did receive a letter in the mail explaining this recall, but the letter said if this problem isn't affecting your doors, then there's no need to fix it. I mentioned this to him, but he insisted we do it anyways, So I said, "okay go ahead and do it if you can." When I came to pick my car back up, I got into my car and saw a huge mess on my passenger side. They didn't tell me that when they were going to do this service, that everything inside the glove compartment and everything in my second row of seats would be dumped into the passenger side. If I knew this beforehand, I would have moved everything to the back. I don't like people going through my things. Aside from the mess, my car did not get a courtesy car wash after a service. So I picked up my Sienna that is now dirty on the outside and the inside. I spoke to the man who helped me before and he apologized and did offer to wash my car, but I told him I didn't have any time and had to go back to work. Just a week prior, I brought by another Toyota for an oil change and received really great service, as well as a courtesy car wash. So what happened in one week? This is why I'm complaing about the inconsistancy. My advice is to tell the customer if you will be moving all of the things in the backseat and/or anywhere else. I will gladly move everything for you if you had told me what they were going to do.

Mr. Rodriquez is an outstanding asset to Toyota of Glendora. He is always very professional, practices the utmost in courtesy and is very comprehensive when dealing with every issue regrading my vehicle and my personal concerns and questions. I have owned several Toyota vehicles and I can always leave my vehicle with Mr. Rodriquez and always expect 100 per cent satisfaction with his attention and service. Joseph checked on parts ordered for our other car and kept me posted. He said service would take about an hour and a half, and it did. Everyone knew my name and was nice. I really appreciated the strong coffee. I did not appreciate the buttermilk donut but it was still good. ????
