A screwdriver was left on my front seat and some of the items from my compartment box were on the floor. This has never happened before so I am a bit dissapointed with the quality of service on Saturday 23 September 2017.

My vehicle was at Glendora Toyota a week previous to the service service on the hatch for an oil and filter change. At that time I was told that everything was fine with the vehicle. I get the car home and the next day it won't start, and the hatch won't open. After I got the vehicle back from the hatch repair I'm told the car needs a new battery. Seems a little strange to me that one week everything is fine and the next week after my vehicle is at Glendora I need a new battery. I think the hatch was left open for an extended period of time without turning the interior lights off killing the battery. So today I put in a new battery and decided to check the air filter. Held it up to the sun and couldn't see any light through it. That leaves me wondering what exactly was checked when they told me everything was fine.
