I made an appt and was told it would be an hour and a half. Three hrs later I was called and told I needed work so the it it is another hour and a half. Then I'm called again with something else that is needed to be fixed which eould have taken another 1 & 1/2 hours. I stopped believing what I was told and refused further work be done. Now I do trust Toyota. I'm really angry.
