my invoice states,"signs of rodents". Service advisor stated same thing & showed/pointed to me what they say are signs of rodents. What he showed me was dirty water spots which was from me, that morning, spraying soapy water, including the previous 2 days. I scanned code p0442. Invoice states code p0440. Invoice does not Kenyon what test was performed. Sales advisor stated vaccum pressure when I asked. he could not provide vaccum pressure numbers/diagnosis when I asked to see them. I also placed electrical tape on 3 hoses, only 1 visually appeared torn which I did upon.moving it. Invoice recommends those hoses replaced. I'm not convinced any type of diagnosis was fine other than a visual one. a smoke a vaccum pressure test should have been preformed on the car with test results made available & explained by the technician showing his work and diagnosis, which is the reason I paid for the service. please don't tell me i've the phone the work is finished and your sending the can to pick me up and it never sites up. 6 hours waiting, with no car on Mt day off.
