It was a very frustrating experience to be charge a different amount at the time of pick up($158) than that agreed at drop off ($37). I was not given a logical explanation that would account for the amount I was being charged that was over $100 from the agreed price. The issue was partially resolved when the manager ultimately charge $118, but still did not offered an explanation or apology for what they did. To avoid further aggravation I paid and left with a sense of dissatisfaction and frustration.
