Again Rick is the main reason I get all my vehicle service with Toyota of Glendora. He make one feel both welcome and comfortable allowing me to trust in the quality provided by Toyota of Glendora.

Be more thorough about which parts to purchase. The representative said I needed parts for the battery holder, went to parts department to purchase and was asked which parts to order because there was multiple components. Went back to the rep to ask if I should purchase a certain piece and was told “probably “ should buy it, which i did cost $20 and had to pick up next day. Vehicle pulled up, I asked the rep again about the battery holder and was told “go ahead and look.” In the rain, I opened up the hood only to discover that some of the components of the battery holder was still in tact and all i needed was to purchase a smaller piece which cost under $3. The parts dept had the part so I purchase the part and put in together myself, in the rain. If I had no looked myself, I would have came the next day to discover that I didn’t need the part I would have been waiting for. Luckily I checked myself and cancelled the special order part, purchase the small component and installed it myself, in the rain.

I’ve been coming to Toyota of Glendora to have our cars serviced since 2005. The staff and the care given to my vehicles has always been exemplary. My only recommendation would be to update the furnishings in the waiting area. The black chairs have became so worn down they are no longer comfortable. Some of the iron cafe chairs were missing cushions and the ones that were available have become so thin you can feel the bars under them. Standard sized tables rather than the high tables would be a welcomed change.
