Not necessary. Been hose jobbed twice at your dealership for phantom solutions. I've been a loyal Lexus/Toyota owner for the past 25 years. Never thought Toyota would try to cover up defects.

In addition to my oil change I was complaining that I heard a banging clicking noise in my front tires. Technician assumed they were possibly the breaks and they needed to be replaced. I then contacted advisor and mentioned to him
That I prefer to go to my personal mechanic to get my breaks checked since Toyota’s prices were sky high.
I asked if my car was safe to drive and I was told yes.
I then went to my mechanic after I picked my daughter up from school in Glendale ... mentioned to my mechanic that Toyota said my breaks was causing the noise.... after an assessment with my mechanic, he stated that it wasn’t just my breaks and that he’s shocked that Toyota even allowed me to drive this car off the lot. Not only were it my brakes but also my barrings were damaged and the tire was very lose. Lose enough where in any given place one thentire could have lodged off and cause an accident. Considering the distance that I drove Glendora to GLENDALE, definitely not only a disaster could have happen but possible fatalities on the freeway. My car was not safe to drive from Toyota. I’m a little bothered , disappointed, but very greatful that none of the above happen and I’m safe.

Shuttle service was a bad choice! Once my service was completed, We waited 2 hrs for them to pick us up from our drop off point. We were never told we had to wait this long for them to pick us up. Instead, staff members kept telling us to hold on tight and that some one will be there shortly. We could have called uber if we would have known we were gonna wait 2 hrs! Furthermore, the lady that dropped us off said we could leave my sons car seat in the van so we did and because of that we were not able to take uber back...
