I requested that my tires be rotated but it was not done. I was still charged that it was done. The invoice states “if tires needed to be rotated “ but I stated that I wanted them rotated in the initial meeting. They should have told me before I paid that the tires do not need to be rotated, then I would have said rotate them anyways. This is why I am not satisfied.

I’m very satisfied with the service, Mr Joseph was very kind and professional the stuff are very nice. The only thing that surprised me That this Glendora dealerships charge for flavors coffee and the regular coffee cups are too small. Other dealers have donuts, water, popcorn, cookies, varieties of teas and hot chocolate all these for free.
