It would be helpful to know updates are emailed. Personally, my preference would be text. I ended up calling for updates. I needed additional work done and when talking to the tech (not Brandon G) his tone was kind of rude. I also called for a courtesy pickup and was told I would receive a call back. 20 minutes later when I called to follow up I was told it could be up to an hour. It would have been helpful to know that upfront. I canceled the courtesy pickup and just walked to the dealer. I was called 40 minutes later (an hour after the initial call was placed) to arrange a pickup. I usually am very impressed with the customer service but Saturday's visit didn't come close to meeting my expectations.
