The Service advisor was good. However, the result of the workmanship was not satisfactory. Time and time again, I give this dealership a chance because it is so close to my home. Each time I get the car back, there are damages. This time the Passenger front window, where the work was performed, now has a scratch. The windows itself seemed as if it was wiped with an oil soaked towel. I could barely see out of the passenger window due to the glare and oils covering the window. This will probably be the last time I take it to this dealership. Not even the decency to inform me of the scratches and attempt to correct the issue. I’ve taken the vehicle to Longo Toyota due to the issues I’ve had in the past.
