As always everyone was professional and courteous. My truck was serviced promptly, David reviewed the inspection results with me and thanked me for using Glendora Toyota. I usually see Mike for my service needs but David did a fine job too.

Brandyn did a good job keeping me updated. When I called Friday to pick up my car I was told brandyn was off for the day so they transferred me to Rick. He told me my car would be ready in about an hour. Almost 3 hours later he called that I could pick it up. When I picked up the car and was about to leave. My sister asked for me to unlock the passenger door. A part they were supposed to work on. And the door wouldn't open. In disappointed that Toyota technicians dont check their work before saying the car was ready. After about 20 mins of waiting my car was done. The tech said something wasn't connected. I'm glad brandyn got all my problems approved by my warranty and rental. But I'm disappointed there wasn't a check before they said my car was ready.

Was in and out very quickly was for a recall on my airbags... told me you had the parts in and gave me a time and date to come...was honest about how long it would take was pretty good on the time... called and asked if I needed a ride here or there and arrange that for me..overall simple easy day with glendora Toyota and David...oh my car was washed....Was happy about that because my car needed a wash.
