I use my car for work I am a Uber driver I purchased for new tires and the air was coming out of one of the tires I lost work in two different shifts they told me it was a faulty stem it was not a faulty stand it was bad installation I've never experienced this before I will continue going to David Millan because he services are of quality and he cares for the customer but since this mistake was the dealers and I was not offered any promotion for the next service I'm not fully satisfied

Service is great and usually good timing on service. I get my oil changes here for my prius. But one thing i hate having to deal with is how pushy the guys at the service desk are in trying to add things to my bill. Or trying to add services to my car. But overall I'm very comfortable driving my car knowing my family is in good hands because I've gotten my car services at Toyota.

David Millan service was satisfactory as usual however I had a problem with the services that I received I purchased four brand new tires and one of the tires the air pressure went down significantly causing the warning light to come on identify the car to another service shop because I was not in the area of the dealership and they discovered that the stems were not tightened on the right front tire the pressure in that tire had gone down to 14 and they checked also the other stems on the tires and they were loose as well. I intend to report a problem to David Millan in the morning so he can take up the matter with the mechanic who installed the tires.
