I was happy with Mike Montgomery but not the overall service for various reasons I am especially unhappy with the technology in the car the Entune it does not work I hate it when I ask for help I was told it was the Toyota app that wasn't working so the problem never got resolved I am driving around with no music no radio and the rims on my car seem to be different one of them has green paint on the edge of one of them. this car is a lease and I haven't had it for a year yet and I'm ready to turn it in I'm very unhappy with Glendora Toyota

I discovered when about 30 miles away, after picking up my car that the gas door latch situation was not fixed. I received a phone call the next day from someone asking if my service was satisfactory and I told him about the problem and was told I would receive a phone call on Monday regarding that. I have not heard back and it is now Friday . This morning on my way to work, the exact same noise that I had asked to have diagnosed, and subsequently approved and paid for ( servo motor for my air-conditioner) So that expensive repair was either not done or the issue was mis-identified and I paid for an unnecessary repair, and the problem still exists. Thank you for your attention to this.

I was told by two employees that it would cost $98.00 to diagnose my Toyota. After waiting almost two hours, I was told that they had no answer to the problem and the price would be $375.00 to tell we what was wrong with my Toyota. Poor communication because I was never told it would be that much. I left speechless and in shock.

Everything was good except i asked them not to wash it. I had just had my car handwashed. They ran it through the machine anyway and let it spot dry. Now my car is full of spots.
