Brandyn was communicative and helpful from our first phone contact regarding Saturday afternoon service. He interacted similarly when I got to the dealership. I appreciate it when people in customer service interact and help with a genuine attitude and desire as if they were helping a friend ... not in a phony way kissing the **** of someone about whom they could not care less. Brandyn, did a good job.
Unfortunately, and all too often, car dealerships aren’t that trustworthy back in the shop. However, my experience at Toyota Glendora has been positive, other than the quoted cost to replace a timing chain cover. Brandyn gave me a matter of fact report on the free a/c inspection and I appreciate that.
I had some other work done on my car earlier in the week so I was grateful when I got an honest assessment of my brake life status. I hope I’ll always be able to trust Toyota Glendora when it comes to auto service. No BS! So far, so good. Well done Brandyn.

The service employees are friendly and provided good service but I was very disappointed when I drove home from the dealership and found a pretty deep scratch in the paint on my driver’s side front door that I know was not there when I dropped it off for service. I’m disappointed that it was not disclosed to me that it happened, because there is no possibility that it happened anywhere else other than in the garage at the dealership, as it was not there when I got out of the truck when I dropped it off. Although it is not large, it is a brand new truck and was immaculate when I dropped it off to get service.
