Although I was not happy that my lugnut key was missing from my last tire rotation at the Glendora facility and I had a flat tire I couldn't fix without the key, it was not Genaro's fault. I was not happy to have to pay for a new set and towing charge to the facility just to change my tire. I was very appreciative of Genaro's understanding and he replaced the old lugnuts with non locking nuts, thereby charging me a little less than expected. He had my car washed too. Thank you for the consideration. Great service agent.

The recommendations I know it needed to be done.
The management needs to look at how much you are all charging for labors.
Im sure the labors cost could have been competitive cheaper at another service center.
But I like Toyota service .
