Offered a car wash...accepted offer, returned to pick up car. Went to see cashier, walked out, was given wrong car (freshly washed), informed the gentleman that was not my car. Asked to walk back and wait at the vehicle pick up sign, second car drives out, wet, obvious wash...my Camry then pulls out, no wash. Annoyed

Your staff is always great and very professional...however, the estimators/service writers work wayyyy too hard for you to not be provided with air conditioning in their offices/booths! Put an air system in there for them!!! You know you can afford it and there is no reason on earth why you shouldn't do this for them! My God, it was 119 degrees the other day in South Pasadena!

I have been a customer of Toyota for years. I drive in today at 7:39am to get my regular oil change, rotation of my tires ect. The gentleman that help me has always been friendly and always went out of his way to go that extra mile. When he looked into his system he told me that your free service has expired and would you be interested in buying a extended warranty service. One, I wasn't aware of this. Two. I never received a email stating that my service has expired. Three. Not even a phone call or text. If I knew all this I would of gone somewhere else to get it down. $229.00 for that is outrageous. I did get it done but from no on in the future I will be going somewhere else and even thinking of turning my Lease in and going to another dealership. Alfredo
