Brendon was amazing! He was quick, thorough, and efficient! ( everything I want in my service) I took it to valvoline earlier, and they could not do it for me because they said the cap was to tight! Which i respect their honesty, but I knew then I made the mistake of not just going to the dealer. I guess I was thinking i was going to save a buck, when at the end Glendora Toyota was cheaper! The minor service was performed promptly so I didn’t have to wait too long. After I drove away there was a rattling sound so I went back and Gennaro and a service technician quickly found that dry leaves and twigs had fallen onto the cabin air filter. I bought a new filter, it was replaced and I was on my way.

I set up an appointment online and Brandon was short with me, as I requested to possibly have my brakes changed if needed. He said they’ll do it “if they had time” as service closes at 5:30pm. I made an appointment online and indicated 90,000 mile service as well as rear brake replacement so this should have been anticipated, I would have completely understood his statement if uttered politely however the way he said it, I felt like I was at fault for wanting service considering I drive all the way from Redlands to Glendora in the 115 heat because I’ve always had GREAT customer service with other service reps at glendora so I keep coming back. However this experience was nothing like that. It was kind of rude and I am disappointed.
