I say the following on condition of anonymity to the subject. My Service Advisor was Brendan. I find his attitude and demeanor very offensive and off-putting. I noticed scratches he marked on my vehicle and remarked I hadn’t realized my vehicle had such damage and he bit my head off in reply I could just go look for myself. I told him I preferred the old system of the Toyota Shuttle to the Lyft thing, and he said rudely “Do you want it or not?!” After I already had asked for it. When I returned I was going thru the door to pay and he walked by and barked Go in and Pay! Which I was going in to do already. He is just rude and condescending and I was nothing but polite. You have a young man named David who is always fantastic. I will only deal with David in the future.
