Took over 10 minutes to get help when I drove up. I was the only car in line and with the exception of one worker who was on the phone the remainder of them were standing around. There was one guy who kept walking by saying someone will be right with me. Finally one guy started walking to get my info but then the worker jumped out of his office and said he was going to do it and took the number from them.
Once I was being helped it went quickly. He said it would take an hour and it was just around that duration.
Check out is always quick.
Point inspection list was provided. I had just serviced my vehicle somewhere else a week ago and some of the things I just had replaced where pointed out as being bad. This is not correct information. In addition I know a few other items they checked as good are not good.

The staff here are amazing and super friendly. I come here every 3-6 months for my oil change and they always show the same, if not, greater courtesy! Awsome location and one of the best service staff!
