Part of the service included replacement of the cabin filter which appeared to new,ok,However the entire assembly was still dirty. The inlet screen at the least should have been wiped clean, a general cleanup around the air cleaner box is or should be considered standard procedure, especially around a device that cleans the air you breathe. Recently retired from the air compressor business after 45 years, I have never assembled a dirty air cleaner.

My car was at Toyota for 6 days and I requested to get a maintenxe check, drive belt repaired/replaced, and transmission fluid replaced while there for multiple days awaiting the rim replacement to arrive. However, upon checking the bill and maintenance paper nothing was done except the new ordered part was placed in my trunk. I went multiple days without a car and trusted that everything would be taken care of and it is extremely frustrating that nothing was done and I will have to return another day for multiple hours (possibly to another place) to get everything I asked for completed.

After waiting 4 days and a 1500 dollar fix. They return my truck with an incomplete software update that is reading software not compatible. This is a major safety issue to return a truck that has no Bluetooth for hands free use. I am not happy with the service.

Brendon did a great job. However, the pickup of my truck was less than desired. After paying, I stood waiting for about 10 minutes while they were looking for my truck. Turns out it was still on the lift for whatever reason. They didn't wash it either.
