I came in today to get my oil changed and an alignment done. I came in at 9:45 and said that I would wait. At 12pm Olvin came to me to tell me that there was only one are open for alignments and that I would be in after the car that was already in was done. I asked what time and he told me 1:30. At first I said I’d stay but at 12:15 I walked out and asked for my car and that I’d come later for the alignment. I’m guessing the oil change hadn’t been done because it was another half and hour until my name was called to pay. 3 hours for an oil change is ridiculous. Olvin did apologize and told me how the que was set and that my car was in line for the alignment and that that was why it took so long, but still. Why do you offer appointments? Or at the very least advise me at the start that it may take awhile and maybe I would’ve chosen to get a ride home. I’ll be back because I usually have a good experience. Just took a lot longer than I thought it should have.

After picking up my 4runner, while driving home I turned on my air conditioner and I now hear a loud whine and it sounds like the air conditioner is working extremely hard. I was supposed to have an oil change and the 35000 mile inspection, I didn’t think that the air conditioning would be impacted by this work. When I called the service center when I got home, I had to wait 15 minutes to get someone to answer the phone and now I have to take my car back to have this new issue fixed. Additionally, when I dropped off my car, I told the tech that I had a coupon but forgot to bring it, I was told to bring the coupon when I came to pay. Because I pick up my car at 5:20 on the last day of the month, the cashier informed me that I couldn’t use the coupon because she had already closed the books for the month and wanted to go home so I’m not able to use the $25 coupon. Extremely disappointed.

It should not take 4 hours to do an oil change, especially when an appointment is made. As well as my glove box was messed up and had to go back to get it fixed.
