Appointment doesn't mean they will work on your vehicle then. It just means you get in line then. Took 2 hours for a 15 minute job, even with an appointment. In the future, I will probably use an independent mechanic. Second time in 2 weeks with this experience.

I liked the dealership because it’s really close to my house and it’s convenient to me. I like the service for the most part, everyone’s really welcoming and friendly. Except this Saturday morning I had an appointment for maintenance, and the First Lady that approached us to attend us was extremely rude. I was charged $30 for tire rotation i did not need. The advisor asked me where did i get the tires from and i told him “Costco”. The service agreement was done on a tablet and i asked him i only pay for the hybrid cooling fan service. He said yes. There was no print out so i could see what i would be charged for like my previous visits. You guys should know costco rotates tires for free if you purchase them there. My wife looked at the bill and asked me why i paid $30 for tire rotation when i got home. I think you should refund $30 back to me.
