Issue happens when I first arrive at the service center. As soon as I park my car and checking in with my advisor, one of your advisor manager just arrived behind me and start yelling:’ what the **** are u parking?’ I choose not to response and he then goes :’ I’ve never seen such terrible parking’ then slam on his door and walk away. I’m pretty sure I just park behind one of the service car so just could not understand why he’s angry at me. It’s just feel like I’m getting mad because I’m an Asian and that manager is a racist. When I ask my advisor who he is and he goes: it’s my manager. So I’m just curious if Toyota Glendora allow a racist MANAGER to use F word when talking to your customer? Please feel free to reach out to my advisor and he knows the person I’m talking about.

The service technician assigned to me. I believe her name was Blanca. She was short and some would dismissive when I would ask your questions. I think in general having good customer service, empathy and compassion for the clients is important. At least acknowledging our concerns would be helpful. But to disregard our concerns or in this case my concern and just say will let you know if not a good customer service and she did not let me know there was no follow-up or updates. I had to call after 3 hours to get an update. I will not be returning to this dealership for future maintenance work. I will be going to another one. I didn't feel valued.
