My experience with the service department was excellent; the staff was professional and accommodating throughout. However, I encountered an issue with the cashier during the payment process. She appeared impatient and somewhat unfriendly when assisting with my company’s credit card payment over the phone, and her demeanor suggested annoyance. For identification purposes, she had short blonde hair.
