I'm still waiting on my final report on the alignment that was done on my Highlander as he promised he was going to email to me before the end of shift and the front desk did not provide it to me so this is why I asked him. I’ve been going to Toyota Glendora for years so was surprised when I picked up my car and all of my glovebox stuff was out on top of my dashboard. I had to pull over and put it all back where it belonged.

Genaro, himself, was great! Very courteous, friendly, and helpful. My suggestion isn't for him at all. I just wish that I'd received a phone call along with the text message I received about my car.
The reason is that I was at work, and I thought I would be receiving a phone call so I never thought to watch for a text message - which is hard to do while working (employer frowns on it). I didn't see the text until late in the afternoon. Just a preference for a phone call - thanks for reading.
