Jeff (or whoever I spoke with at 4:30) completed the vehicle repair and was very helpful. Completely satisfied with the end of day techs and advisors. Prior to that the vehicle had not been properly checked in when dropped off at 8:00and would not have been looked at at all if I had not called twice to check on status. This is the 2nd time, separate vehicles, that this has happened. No contact needed, just providing for information/training.

I had mat installed in my brand new2026 Toyota sienna I was told that my car would have been vacuum before they were installed and they were not at all they just put them and they were not. I don’t mind the fact that I had to wait for my maths to come in, but the factor is is that I was told that my floors we’re gonna be vacuumed and we just placed them. I didn’t go out and buy new mats while I waited for the mats to come in. I’m just not impressed. What are the reasons I debated about buying a car at Handy‘s was because of the service because the service isn’t as good as other dealers as my experience in the past this experience still shows me that things have not changed
