I will start with the fact that Tori is great and was helpful from start to finish. We are satisfied with the resolution to the recall repair for the hybrid malfunction.I am however extremely disappointed in a few other areas. 1) our car was returned with a crack on the center of the front windshield, resolution to be determined. The back seat area and service panels to the hybrid battery area were left unattached on the floor, and seats appear as if the were pulled up on the corners and left. The software update to the head unit did not resolve the flashing sos light which is annoying and the vehicle continues to be searching for some connectivity. Overall feels like a poor job. Will await a response from you all.

A thorough evaluation of my issue was made. The dealer provided a comprehensive analysis and gave me the data collected, operating temp, set poi ts, comprehensive discussion of how the system operates. Unfortunately everything is operating per design. My problem comes down to a design issue fro. TOYOTA. I will be following up with Toyota directly.

I didn’t receive the multipoint inspection report. Also when leaving one of your employees asked a technician (for me) where to locate the EFI relay. His response was “we don’t give away that information for free.” Not at all helpful when trying to help a customer understand their vehicle and looking ahead for future problems. 802 Toyota would never have that response. They would take out their computer and look it up.
