I arrived at 12:05. I departed at 2:25. That was very long appointment for oil change, tire rotation, and state inspection. I did request my headlights adjusted down, as I was there my first year with this Rav and asked for the headlights on reg setting raised a touch due to my height. No charge and it was easy. But other drivers constantly flashing me so I asked today to adjust them back down. I was charged $86.00?! That’s not right. Simply not right. I wish to speak to the service manager about this. I do appreciate them quickly washing my vehicle since I requested it since I drive 45 min to Handy to give you the business and opportunity, rather than Heritage who is a sub par operation. Thank you.

While the team was kind and polite I feel like no one was very transparent with me. I brought my car in because the maintenence light was on and the sticker said service was due at 16,000 something miles. I always thought the stickers were when you needed an oil change. So I signed up for service and oil change. I didnt find out until the oil change was done (after specifically asking) that I wasn't due for an oil change, just a tire rotation. I had just brought my car into handys around 11000ish miles for an oil change. Since my car only requires oil change every 10,000 miles I wish that someone would have had the curtosey to inform me that I wasnt necessary DUE for an oil change and ask me if I still wanted to proceed. I was also advised that I should have my tires spun and balanced, which I did not need. On top of all of this I almost paid for an alignment I did not need. The car was pulling to the left. I was worried it was doing so because I went off the road during the snow storm. Come to find out, it was only pulling to the left because my left tires were under inflated vs the right side which were a bit over inflated. I know you are a busy service station but I feel like there was a lack of transparency with the services I truly required for my car that isnt even 1 yr old. I also mentioed that my brake pedal is squeaking. The tech lubed the pedal but it is still squeaking, which shouldn't be happening with a new car.

Everyone I came in contact with after dropping off my car, was fantastic. Megan took care of everything and was genuinely caring when she realized I was coming from a painful chiropractic appointment.
Jeff was amazing as well. He took the time to find not only my car but my mother-in-laws car as well (I dropped off mine, picked up hers, then came back for mine.) and he drove them to me, so I didn’t hurt my back more walking to them. The most pleasant experience I’ve had at a dealership.
