Everything was done in an effective and thoughtful manner, never left in the dark on the progress of my vehicle and any problems along the way were clearly communicated to me by Cassidy. I really appreciated the video from the mechanic showing me what he checked on my actual vehicle and any recommendations for future service. The waiting area was very clean and comfortable.
