Easy to enter the service dept….got attention, the work order presented and explained to me, and then I was told where I can wait. However the “credit card surcharge”was a shocker ????as I was not informed that a surcharge of 3% will be added beforehand. Had- I known that, I would have brought cash or checkbook to pay!! ????

Getting updates and being asked questions (like do we want the air filter changed) while we are in the waiting area seems impersonal.
The appointment I made was for an oil change and when we got there, we were told we would just have our tires rotated because we were a few miles too early for the oil change.
When we were called to get our car, the oil had been changed. Seems confusing.
