Mr Walker was pleasant helpful and didn’t treat me like I was dumb after a terrible experience at Toyota in Ashland I have not been to a Toyota dealer and just wanted someone to look over my Rav 4 I love, Mr Walker did just that. 2nd time I've came to you all for tire rotation. I came for tire maintenance and oil change, I have a tire that loses air. Tech found a nail in it. I have the key to my lig nuts but was told it wouldnt fit.. it does fit. Took the same truck and key to martys tire and had the service I needed completed. Your team found a nail in my tire and left it in there. I will not be back for anything other than basic maintenance
