The service was good and done quickly. I appreciate the text updates I received. That part was very good. The aspect I was unhappy with is that my car was supposed to be washed and vacuumed inside. The car was washed but still had some dirty spots. But the inside was not vacuumed. The drivers floor mat is filthy and covered in mud, dirty foot prints, leaves, and blades of grass that have been tracked in from the winter weather. That was the part I was most looking forward to and am disappointed. Also I requested the car be picked up which was a big part of the sales pitch when I purchased the car. I was told they are scheduling more than a month out if you ask for that service. Which was not acceptable. Seems like they need more drivers.
