Very dissatisfied with the service department, I took my truck in for a suspension diagnosis and they lied to me three times saying that everything was fine with the suspension and that there was no problem that it was only the catalytic converters. After going to the shop four times over a whole week, the time it took them to give a correct diagnosis and time that I wasted, they finally checked the suspension and guess what, there was a problem and I don't know if they charged me for giving me a diagnosis that I didn't ask for or for giving me the unprofessional diagnosis of the suspension in a handwritten note. Not even Auto Zone does that.

My representative was great, attentive and with good customer service skills. Unfortunately the service was not completed. I took my tacome for the maintenance service (oil change and tire rotation) the oil change was done but the tire rotation was not (tire lock not found was the reason given). I went to the truck under the back seat as the rest of the equipment to change the tire is placed there and the lock was there in plane view inside the factory plastic bag. I show that to the rep and he offered to do the rotation but i needed to leave. I hope that I can get the tire rotation done as it is supposed to be included in the maintenance procedure.

I had spent 200 for them to detail my car (THE DAY BEFORE) and after my oil change u guys put it thur the car wash.... I NEVER asked u guys to WASH MY CAR... AND U GUYS NEVER ASKED... I ONLY TOOK MY CAR FOR AN OIL CHANGE NOT A CAR WASH!!!!! SO BASICALLY I LOST 200 FOR MY CAR DETAIL I HAD PAID THE DAY BEFORE
