Everyone who interacted with me was very customer friendly. Except for the car wash, I would say everything was perfect. I am an old person and your employees went out of their way to help me.
However, the car wash poorly done, it was like an 'afterthought.'

I don't understand the bill feels like I was charged $600 dollars more. They only changed the axles and the tires but parts cost shows 1745.67. When each tire was 153 for 4 $612, axles 316.68+383.

I don’t appreciate that I make an appointment and then your service person acted like I didn’t have an appointment on the books. They didn’t know what I was there for and when I also explained an additional problem that I had they explained to me the reason why it was a problem was because I was not paying a subscription cost for a service that is free.

They my tires were not rotated and the ac wiper was not close properly and I was charge for this service . I was very disappointed with this service
