Despite being over booked and taking over other advisors customers is not an excuse to cut the execution of customer service short. I did not have a rude advisor but I also did not have a thorough efficient advisor. My service visit was relied on what was uploaded to the links being sent & when I stated everything I opened did not show anything & the videos from the technician you cannot hear him speaking as all you hear are the compressors around him. Yet,I still was not described what the got done to the vehicle. I was there to pick up my vehicle at 5:30 I understood completely that it was close to closing time & everyone is scrambling to finish their day, as I was on a time crunch too having to rush to pick up my daughter. I was not explained what was done to the vehicle but given an invoice and told everything done was on there. But considering the Toyota care I have I do not believe I got everything that should have been done. I mentioned 2 recalls as well the tow hitch and the 2nd key fob. When I dropped off my vehicle he kept emphasizing it was not flagging on his end when I had to emphasize it’s on my Toyota app if we can get it checked out as he did add to the list. When vehicle was picked up all that was said was they checked out the hitch but no details given. When I asked for the key fob he stated I needed to pay for it when I said no there was a shortage on key fobs so I need to get the second one. He referred that I call the dealership I got the vehicle at as they are the ones that need to pay for it and if I wanted it done here I needed to pay for it. When my Toyota app, that I was showing to him, specifically explains the reasoning why I didn’t get the second key fob and that any participating Toyota dealer can complete the request. I took the info for what it was as I needed to leave, I get the keys and go to my vehicle to realize the maintenance messages were not removed. I went back inside and waiting another 10 minutes waiting for some to help me. A very nice girl reassured me and apologized and stated all the advisors had gone to the garage and for me to wait a bit longer. A technician that was locking the doors went out of his way to ask me what I needed and when explained he went to get an advisor right away and a different advisor was very friendly and apologetic for the inconvenience. I understand being busy and overwhelmed but as a customer looking for certainty and reassurance that my vehicle is properly being serviced goes a long way. Now I plan to go back to Toyota Saturday, on my day off, to clarify what was done to the vehicle and try to get a key fob.

Service was good However your technician did not reset the maintenance counter, so I still have the "maintenance due" light still on when I the truck is in operation

Hector Pasillas did make a mistake. He dropped the ball but I was disappointed that Manny did not pick up the ball when I went over there. He claimed only Pasillas could help me and if he wasn’t there no one could help me I had to wait till Monday—this was Saturday Also disappointed that even though it’s advertised that they are open till five. Everyone leaves at 4 including high management
