First off Jose the guy who helped me isn't too helpful compared to the person who's helped me before I felt like just a number today he does not pay attention to detail and tries adding more services im glad I was paying attention. I got a message saying my car was ready waited 10 minutes at least no one came to call me or say it was ready. I walk up to the desk they tell me where I can find him he goes and gives my keys to someone and they end up getting lost for over 20 minutes. Before that happened I paid and he says they'll bring my car I see it outside its locked I go look for him he's talking on the phone doesn't acknowledge with with a one second a look nothing. I ask for my keys he hands me keys to a Tacoma I notice tell him these aren't mine he goes outside starts asking where are the keys to a green car my car is silver. I see him asking technicians no one has them. I see all the technicians talking amongst themselves saying I don't have them they look at my car and say it's not even washed. Finally they find my keys thankfully but to say the least I will never go back to this dealership again.

The tire I took in to be repaired was not repairable, so they took it off and placed the spare on. They also disabled the Low Tire Pressure warning system. On the way home, I happened to have another flat tire, if it hadn’t been for us having an air compressor, we would not have been able to make it home. Also, since the tire pressure warning system was disabled, we had no warning that the tire was going flat, possibly ruining the tire.

I came in for an oil change and mentioned my top left tire had a low pressure alert. Jose said they’d inspect it. Before returning my vehicle, he quoted a good year tire, saying it needed to be completely replaced. This is unlikely, as the tire was at a pressure of 30 when I brought it in, and my tires are Perellis… I declined. When I received my vehicle and was about to leave the parking lot, I realized my tire was completely flat. Jose allowed me leave, knowing full well that I had a completely flat tire. His manager completely denied it and took no accountability whatsoever. They loaded up the ruined tire and we’ve inspected it further. It appears to have been purposely slashed… I live on the far west side. It would not have made it to lee Trevino with damage that severe. Jose was completely reckless and seemed very eager for me to leave. We will never again return to this location. We have purchased several Toyotas and will definitely be sharing this with our peers.
