I was offered a service recommendation and accepted. However when I picked up my car they told me they didn't know how to perform said service on my vehicle since it had a turbo engine. How do you not know how to service your own vehicle models?!

I brought my vehicle all the way from New Mexico to your dealership for service, only to end up waiting and leaving with nothing completed other than an oil change and tire rotation. This was a complete waste of my time, as I expected a proper inspection and thorough service.
What makes this worse is that my tires were inflated to the wrong PSI by your service team, and no one addressed the issue during my visit. I have not added air to these tires myself, so the only people who have touched them are Toyota technicians. At just 15,000 miles, I am now being told I need new tires.
This is not only unacceptable but also a serious safety concern. Incorrect tire pressure and premature tire wear put me at risk on the road. I chose to have my vehicle serviced at a Toyota dealership because I trusted in Toyota-certified standards, but this experience fell far short of those expectations.
I need an explanation and a resolution—whether that means a full inspection, tire replacement, or reimbursement. Please advise promptly on how this will be addressed.
