Gabriel was great and although it was busy he greeted everyone with a smile and with efficiency. On the other hand, the girl I spoke with today to get the total cost of repairs was terribly unprofessional lacking knowledge and more importantly lacking customer service and also had no phone etiquette. Unfortunately I did not catch her name because I could not get in a word to better explain the reason for my call. Hopefully your calls are monitored and you can use this as a training tool for the people taking calls in order to provide better customer service to future callers.
