WHY… I asked for an OIL CHANGE.
Why was my tire changing kit laying in the backend of my my Toyota vehicle??? Why would anyone rotate my tires? I see the charge of $90 for oil change and tire rotation when I had it last in here on April 25th and my odometer was 18903… and it is 22222… YET THE PAPERWORK IN MY HANDS STATES MY odometer is only 20,100.
Did you actually service MY vehicle??? At this point I have NO idea!!! I asked to speak to management first thing this morning and no one called me all day.

I have a brand new vehicle with less than 20,000 miles. I came with the complaint of vehicle vibration while braking. This problem began shortly after bringing my vehicle in for its routine maintenance service . I was told that all four rotors were warped. I was told all four rotors were turned and resurfaced. Turning and resurfacing my rotors takes away from my brakes life expectancy. My rotors and brake pads should have been replaced instead of turned since my vehicle is still under warranty.

I was mostly satisfied with my service however, I was unable to view the report on my phone and when I arrived to pick up my car, the specialist was not available nor an equivalent person. I requested a callback to discuss a noted “red read” on my camber report after alignment and after 5 phone calls and 72 hours of delay, I have not recorded a callback from either Jacob, Mike or the supervisor. The customer service is lacking and that is disappointing.

I was told they couldn’t complete a recall procedure because my battery was low and tried to sell me a battery. When I got home I checked my battery level on my dash and it was fine. I was left confused, how is it that my car was there from 10 am to 5 pm and nothing was done? I could have picked it up sooner. I was left very confused.
