When ask her to look at my windshield wiper because it was bend , she said they fix it. It was not the windshield wiper still has the same issue. I have the maintenance plan on my car from Lexus. The plan seems to provide only oil changes only and doesn’t repair anything. I would like to get a copy of the plan

Service overall was good. I’ve dealt with Ivan before and no issues. However your intake process needs improvement. First took me 3 phone calls and a total of of 13:45 minutes in hold before someone answered. I was transferred twice then put on hold. Appt was at 730 arrived and checked in didn’t get called until 758.
